5-Minute Protein Pancakes



1 banana
2 eggs
1 tbsp nut butter
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp of your favorite protein powder
Vegetable or coconut oil for cooking
Greek yogurt and fresh berries to top

Blend all the ingredients together. Add a little water if needed to thin the batter. Preheat a griddle or frying pan to medium heat. Drizzle a little oil in the hot pan to prevent sticking. Pour or ladle the batter into the pan to create pancakes. Cook each pancake about 1–2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Add toppings and enjoy!

TIP: to ensure this recipe is gluten free, make sure you use oats that are labeled as gluten free.
