Turkey Meatballs

1 lb ground lean turkey
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 egg
1 teaspoon olive oil

Mix all ingredients together and form balls with your hands. When oil is hot, put the meatballs in and cover. Use a large flame at first to brown, and then simmer. Keep turning so they do not burn.
