This pasta recipe is full of detoxing ingredients and is also energy boosting.
14 oz whole-wheat pasta, e.g. spaghetti
4 medium zucchini, grated
1 inch fresh ginger root, grated
2 tea spoons Parmesan cheese
4 spring onions, finely chopped
4 oz bean sprouts
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Transfer to large warmed serving bowl and
add all the other ingredients. Serve immediately.
