ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE
Breakfast1 cup frozen blueberries + blackberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 heaping tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend until smooth and creamy in a blender or food processor. To add protein, include a scoop of your favorite
protein powder or 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
