In an independent medical study of the Hollywood Cookie Diet® the 22 participants lost between 3 and 11 pounds in two weeks. The average weight loss was 6 pounds. The participants were instructed to eat four (4) cookies per day in place of breakfast and lunch and to eat a dinner consisting of no more than 900 calories.

Of course every individual is unique and results will vary based on many factors. An increase in exercise will usually help increase weight loss.
