VEGAN NO BAKE BROWNIESDesserts / Snacks
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
5 tbsp pure maple syrup or agave
1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, sunflower or coconut)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
Line a small baking pan with parchment or wax paper. Stir together all ingredients. If nut butter is too hard to stir, soften it by microwaving for a few seconds or warming over boiling water. Mix everything together until smooth, adding more water if needed. Spoon into the pan and smooth the top. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into sections to serve.
