WHITE BEAN DIP

Ingredients:

One 15 ounce can cannellini beans
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Using a food processor, mince the garlic and then let it sit in the lemon juice for 5 to 10 minutes to mellow the raw garlic. Add beans, cumin, salt, and half of the olive oil. Pulse until smooth, adding water and oil slowly as needed. Note: You can use 2 cups of dried beans cooked per package instructions instead of canned beans.
